If you have noticed if you work for fortnight or a month , So you have noticed that after that much work so it brings alot of stress from the work so when you have time in for relaxed moments specially for moments meditation so you can revive your self and relax and give time and relax in moments with meditation in your free time . and appreciate your work and always give rewards to your self and appreciate and give rewards it will bring your more work capacity in next time and will encourage you .
