Have you ever experienced the benefits of visualization in your life If yes so great if not so you can read This article . I wish it helps you in your Life path to succeed toward your life goal .For example I want to Share my experience let us suppose you are going for morning walk and you have not enough dare to do So due to your state of mind . You can visualize you can imagine like a screen in your mind . Like I have to Bear my shoes now you can imagine your path where you have to go like you are going in street .

Visualize in your mind screen it with optimism and when you are done You can go for your morning walk Or anything you wanted to visualize like at your work , In your meetings ,for your family , about your Dreams you have planed for your life . 

let me clear it with another more example If you wish to buy a car And its your Dream so you can visualize it in your mind screen like you watch a movie on screen . You can Say in other words that visualization is rehearsal  toward your Dream . Friends visualization can work and Cant work for you depending on your actions and vision to manifest it in your life .In my experience

                               Visualization is power if you learn and act on it .
