Being a child its good most of us have no fears and Not much complaints about life .

As we grow Up so there are concerns , problems , doubts ego and many more things .

Life teaches us new lessons every day there is nothing wrong as sometimes life 

behaves good to you and some time bad .

                                                   When i was in sorrow time i remember one thing 

Always as as my mentor gave me a lesson . Be grateful what you have at least in your 

life . Supreme authority of Cosmos blessed us To be in state of gratitude most of time .

I have seen many people in hopsiptal specially in Emergency Hospital Rooms . when 

we comes to know about Importance of Air called the PRAN TATVA . Life keeps on 

moving every day some days good some bad some sorrow and some happiness with 

enlightenment .

when you think that you are in most aggressive state of your mind and your ego is 

taking upon you . so hold Your breath for few minutes You will come to know 

Your Real power and strength . Change your aggression and ego to Gratitude at least 

For the Panch Bhoota Five very basic elements . You will start seeing life with 

different prospective .We are not always or all the time Blessed with these Five very common

elements But if you are lucky to have it in your life . So be gratful To the source , In this simple 

feeling you will start feeling abundant in you .
