                          BEST PRACTICE TO FOLLOW IN MORNING .

Time is Running and there is cyclic moments happening in every moment of life .

 I remember My hostel time when Warden comes  in dormitory and there was Loud bell

 Ringing as a wake up call . There are few good morning habits which can lead to you on

 the path of success and prepare you to work For career ambition .  

1- Make a regular time in the morning as your routine to wake up every day .

2- Allow nature to bless you and you can open your Room and light up your  Living area . 

3- Exercise every day   . spend at least 15-30 Minutes for exercise .

4- Meditation In the morning - Meditation is best way in the morning and you connect to the

    source of infinity doing meditation  .

5- Drink  water In the morning And see the changes in your way coming following these

     habits .

6 - Take regular food in the morning as your breakfast .

                                 If you feel lazy and feels difficult To follow Morning routine . 

Try to follow with one morning habit , No doubt in research it is found that 

Lazy people are wise .
