Some good habit during meal time . This is personal experience . while eating meal clean hands and sit .
When meal is in plate do prayer of gratitude for meal in your faith . ANNAPURANA stotra chanting is excellent . when you start meal chew 32 times bite in mouth . Try to follow this habit food will digest quickly and your health well remain good . you will feel strengthen and blessed with food in your kitchen .
