                     How You can improve Your Sleeping Efficiency Some Useful Tips .

 

Do you remember your days in life when you have not slept for long time . My be your

 answer is yes .  Yes it happens To all of us in different phases of life .  I remember My Old days

when I have not slept For so many days due to life circumstances . Its not at all a good experience to

physical body . I can understand Your pain if you have not slept for many days due to work

stress , Education or family or professional life .

 

I am sharing My personal experience If you have sleep disturbance and how to over come it .

1-      Early to bed And early to Rise . Its important but due to circumstances and life problems

Or achieving Your dreams . We forget this basic Rule .

2 – Meditation and breathing . Its very important when you get for time for your personal self .

3 – Letting go everything . Don’t hold any thing for too long in your mind realse It .

4-  Exercise on regular basis be conscious about your physical activities .

5 -  Listen your body carefully what it needs .

6 – balance your Chakras .
