friends i wish and hope you are doing well in your place . I want to share My experience in this Blog
. Some times we thinks too much which is the main Root cause for the stress . i know most of us are
serious most of the time but let me tell you one thing friend seriousness is good where it is most needed ,
so if you stay serious there is no Problem . If we remain serious all the time about life situations so yes
that can cause big troubles . i will suggest you to laugh as you may be aware that laughing itself heal your
body and replenish you inside . It is good to spend time with family or your pets . You can smile and
laugh with them you will feel energized within . Every one does need love and if you have no one to talk
you can share your love with pets they understand your love and compassion . If you are lucky having a
family so you should laugh with them . At least try to laugh and do it as meditation for 21 days . After 21
days what changes you feel in your life and your energy level high or low you can share here with me .
