POWERFUL 7 CHAKRAS HEALING

I am excited to share about Chakras in our physical body . I am not sure if you have heard About 

chakras before or not , You are here so i will like like to tell you that UNIVERSE IS with in us in 

our

 physical body . When there are blockage in Chakras  in physical body so we have very low energies , 

stress anxiety , sleep disturbances are some of the common things we have to face if our CHAKRAS 

are not healed or cleansed . You can live your life at best even you have not imagined that your physical

 body has so much in it to experience and get energized .



There are seven chakras in our physical body 

1- ROOT CHAKRA (THE MULADHARA CHAKRA) :- This chakra has Very Red colour and you are

 aware of properties of Red colour . Red colour has immense power and it observe all negativity .

 
2:-  SACRAL CHAKRA (SWADHISHTHAN CHAKRA ) :- This chakra has orange colour . Orange

 colour shows physical desires and Pure Orange chakra clear all physical needs blockage .


3:-NAVEL CHAKRA (MANIPUR CHAKRA ) :-This chakra is Pure yellow colour and you are aware

 that yellow is the colour of strong will power and strength and high energies .





By Practicing All seven chakras with meditation you can really enjoy your life and all blockage and 

unwanted negativity can be cleared . Deep breathing is very important .You can try to heal your seven

 chakras starting from ROOT CHAKRA to CROWN Chakra Trust me you will be at your Best version

 Friends i Remember My own incident of Life when i was young i a remember i just qualified to

 Boarding School and i was Back To home on vacation I think at that time i was in slandered 6 th 

. We all family members were sitting To have lunch and there were few guests From my sister 

side 

they were old enough and i was only the kid There . we started our Lunch and something went 

wrong and i started arguing with elders My Mother was curiously observing me and she has 

slightly stress because of my talkative nature during having meal . When My sister side guests 

went back My mother tought me a lesson to remain silent during eating food and she told me that

 you have to take an oath , somehow my mothers affection for me mad me to follow he guidance 

in life path .Now from last 31 years year i am silent during having meal .Now its part of my life i

 have seen so many obstrouctions to follow my MOUN VRAT (Silent ) But i am doing so till now 

.I have no issues with people those who talk too much its there life to experience .

I am going To share 5  Powerful secrets of Silence i wish if you are like me You have experienced this in your life .

1- Silence Makes you Power Ful It is tried and tested . we should talk when it is necessary . 


2- You can start Reading other people energies and mind set when you are silent .You can experience when we talk too much so sometimes we sit in position to analysis our own self and then we come to know that unknowingly we have use some words which others may have not the right opinion .


3-With the help of silence you remains always conscious and in this way it is easy to connect with Higher Dimensions and source of life .


4 - When you are silent So you become unpredictable and other people cannot even think what are your plans and what you wish to achieve success .


5:- When you are silent so you observe other people and learn things from others and you become Good listener , in todays worlds the are most noise making people but rare one who are good listener .

5 Morning Habits Get better Health

 Hello Dear Friends ! Hope you have good time in your life .It is every one of us to be grateful  

 about our Physical Body To the creator as we have been gifted with This precious life one 

time  . In today world there is so much stress and health issues for all of us .Thoughts Plays 

Important Role to decide our whole day . I can suggest you To be optimistic , gratitude and 

courage in your life  . Struggle is always the normal way of life for all of us and who goes 

through struggle and learn from mistake without taking it as shame and guilt and ready to 

prepare for new days , yes they are always winner in life .

1- Wake up Early In the morning If you feel laziness doing so , You can take a test and challenge to yourself for 21 Days .


2- Meditate For 10- 15 Minutes Daily , Deep breathing is best way to heal few health issues and Breath is Vital and there is no replacement to it . Deep Breathing can Heal you .


3- Morning Walk is essential to get rid of health issues , walking it self can energized  You for Whole of Your day .


4- Good diet In the morning 


5- Proper sleep :- we all need good sleep for better Health You should give some time for your self from busy schedule and you can calm down believing all in your good side and Relax deeply .
