 1. The Sun is the Solar System

We live on the planet, so we think it’s an equal member of the Solar System. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. The reality is that the mass of the Sun accounts for 99.8% of the mass of the Solar System. And most of that final 0.2% comes from Jupiter. So the mass of the Earth is a fraction of a fraction of the mass of the Solar System. Really, we barely exist.

2. And the Sun is mostly hydrogen and helium
If you could take apart the Sun and pile up its different elements, you’d find that 74% of its mass comes from hydrogen. with 24% helium. The remaining 2% is includes trace amounts of iron, nickel, oxygen, and all the other elements we have in the Solar System. In other words, the Solar System is mostly made of hydrogen.

 Winter is the season to boost immune system and nurture our body. Eating nourished warm food, sleeping well and staying active are some important aspects to keep one healthy during winters.

Damaged skin is one of the perils of winter. Cold weather damages skin resulting in dry, and itchy skin, chapped lips, and cracked heels. Skin care in winter is a must include moisturising, applying sun protection creams and increasing intake of water.

Water:

Drink required amount of water every day and stay hydrated. Water helps to clean our system and remove toxins, carry nutrients to the body cells and help balance body fluid.

Sleep:

A good amount of sleep helps to keep the body's immune system healthy, eliminates stress hormone cortisol and burns calories. Sleep is non-negotiable factor for maintaining good health.

 I remember days when i was child so i was curiously looking for shelter . In child hood I dream for a house During time I am always thankful to my beloved mother and sister   who always insist for quality education by than i was lucky in 5th standard and got selected in very reputed govt school Best in country on scholarship  , where i  educated very well for many years . I am thankful to those who support me .i have seen a lots of ups and downs in life every one have ups and down in life  . By the grace of divine i provide shelter to cows today . i learnt one thing in life if you believe in your positive side and you have good education , courage and patience you can manifest any Dream in life no matter what is your age .
