 In spirituality Gratitude is common way of living . when you are going on pilgrimage (TIRATH YATRA ) so  I have a lots of experience of gratitude helps to overcome from problem in life coming on the way .I have shared many experience in my life that gratitude inside for divine source helps in critical situations in life . As a human being we are not sometimes aware critical situations in life . Our physical body is developed with five very basic elements of life called PANCH BHOOTA in SANSKRIT . Gratitude keeps  unwanted and most negative thoughts away from mind and gratitude helps to connect Divinity and spiritual persons in life are blessed with divine grace . on the path of BHAGATI YOGA gratitude is important to connect with deity lord . If you starts gratitude in life so it would be a good practice to achieve higher manifestation in life . simply if a person shows gratitude toward five very Basic elements (PANCHBHOOTA ) required to survival of physical body simply it will help a lot in life as this is the law of nature that what we offer we get somedays that back in life .
