Winters and summers Are two major seasonal changes which affect

our life styles and emotions too . There are number of seasonal

changes but these two session most influence us . I am writing this post

And My whole surrounding is covered with snow fall . sometimes if you

Have ever noticed the level of energy and emotions changes with the

Change in weather , yes I have experienced it so many times .

 I am not sure if you are summer lover ? or winter lover ? but definitely

 weather is influential factor to change our emotions sometimes and it all 

happens due to change in Mother nature . If you are in summer place so you

 may need to see snow fall and beauty it bring all around the nature .

We all need to do preparations for weather changes like in summer we

don’t need for much clothing and we can resist in very few cloths But

when it comes to Winter so things are very opposite . If you ever

enjoyed Snow fall and you have any experience or image or video you

living in hot summer places . In my experience Weather influence our

emotions inside a lots and you can feel it within when there is

seasonal change .

Curiosity In First time Travelling By airplane

 

           First time  In Flight (airplane ) Experience .

If you are travelling  first time in Airplane so you may be curious

About It . I am sharing my first time experience when I traveled

By airplane , this happens to me in 1999 . I was too curious to

take a flight first time in my life so there was some nervousness

and curiosity to count new experience in life . I have one

friend with me and we reached at international airport . This

was too much hot and sunny day . we took cab to the airport

and reached Airport . We done with our tickets boarding pass

and screening process . Few moments of wait , then A bus

came and picked us to our flight . crew greet passenger so

 nicely so it was good experience . But There is always curiosity ,

enthusiasm when we do something first time in life . As we

traveled from summer place so no idea about weather

condition of our destination or may be we were unaware of it .

When we are just to reach our destination there was

announcement from the crew that due to heavy rain and fog .

It will take more 30 minutes to land . I was nervous as this was

First experience and I can see fog and heavy rainfall down side

and above flight in sky sun was shinning  . Any ways we reached

to destination and it was heavy raining . Though there was

delay To reach meeting place but it was nice and learning

experience for the future .

 SUMMARY OF MY EXPERIENCE :-  Most of time situations are 

not in our control . We should get prepared and try to look in to

Positive side of situation even though if you are going through worst

 situation in life .

Purify Your Physical Body

In our day to day life we gather negativity and polluted

Elements in our Body . In this Post I will share  Vedic

very ancient Way to Clean your whole body and get energized .

You need to take Two spoon of Coconut oil or Mustered oil or

Sesame oil (Til oil ) . Out of these oils you can use any oil

available to you . In the morning when you wake up take two

spoons of oil and keep it in your mouth . I will suggest you to

use coconut oil but choice is all yours . Put oil in your mouth

 and keep it in your mouth for at least 10 minutes , don’t inhale

It just keep it in your mouth for 10 minutes and rotate oil in

your whole mouth . You will love it doing This morning activity .

In Ayurveda this is  called (Ganudush kriya ) If you do this for 11 

days whole negativity will remove from inside all blockage will be 

clear and you you will feel fresh , healthy and energized during your
