Friends I have read one story long time back when I was looking

For guidance in Black clouds in my life . There was a mother who was

Blessed with two daughters . Lakshami and Vijaya was her daughters .

Lakashami was involved in Umbrella business , and Vijaya was doing

Noddles business . There Loving Mother was always stressed toward

There career growth and business like other mothers . She thinks too

Much about there business and which puts her in state of stress .

When there was sunny day she has fear about her daughter who sells

Umbrella , we knows well umbrella needs to be used in RAINY SEASON .

Mother worries about her daughter when it is sunny day all time .

She too worried about another daughter when its RAINY days as her

Other daughter involved with Noodle business and in rainy session, she

Was not able to sell her noodles and there wasn’t any sale ….Mother

Always kept worries and stressed .

                    Finally she went to a Buddhist Monk to help her out and told

Monk about her life complicated situation . Monk smiled and replied

To Mother change your vision :- when there is sunny day and hot all day

Think of your noodle selling daughter , on sunny day she will make big

sales and be grateful to this sunny day . On other side when its RAINING

Think of your another daughter , who is dealing with umbrella business

As in rainy session all of us need umbrella and hence in this way there

Will be enough growth to her business . In this way you should be great

Full for their daily income through their respective business .

                 Monk changed her vision with a smile and problem is now

Solution for them . I heard this story in Buddhist monestry . we can

Observe that our positive perspective about big problems can turn

Benefits Of Awakening at 4:00 Am

                            NAMASTE !!

 

Friends i want to share my personal experience  About benefits of wakening in the morning at 

sharp  4:00 Am . This time is called BRAHAM MUHURAT In VEDIC CULTURE . Trust me you 

gain alot when you wake up on this time in the morning . There are Divine energies in this time 

and it is very clear that your morning decide your whole day .If you have strong purpose in life 

so you should Go for adding this habit in your daily Routeen . I will say keep your guts  and do it 

for 21 days and start working for your Dream you wants to be accomplished . Most of wake up 

around this time but due to laziness we goes back To bed . Going back to bed makes you more 

lazy and we feel very low with energies when we wake up . You have to make your routeen what 

you have to do during this time period . You can do Meditation for sometimes , you can affirm 

positive things to You . You can do Morning walk its very important for your good health 

.Running for few minutes with morning walk will always keep you Healthy .If you are not able to 

wake up during this time you need to go early to bed in the night . During this time universe is 

there to bless us with good health , intelligence , pure energies and Universe help us to fulfill our 

dreams . You only need to try it for 21 days once you have finish duing so for 21 days and it will

 be your daily routeen .there are a number of benefits Of wakening early specially at 4:00 am in

 the morning . Try it friend if you have not experienced this Habit yet . Trust me You will enjoy

Does Attitude Really Worth ?

 Namaste Dear Friends To day i am Going to share some experience about !!ATTITUDE !! . Do 

you  have attitude in you so good as sometimes we need to have attitude . you have seen Lion in 

the jungle who is KING in jungle . Lion Attitude is what which makes him most power ful in the

                                                                         jungle

 and Every Animal in Jungle Respect Lion even though giant Elephant Respects Lion .In jungle 

some animals Does Respect Lion due to his Attitude and some animals because of fear of Lion 

.Attitude is good thing as i have experienced in life when we need . Sometimes this is your 

Attitude which makes you different from the crowd . Dont worry If dont have Attitude you can 

live life with love in that way . Attitude, ego and Anger and jealous are very different to each 

other  . In jealous and anger we waste our energies which is always bad for us in our life 

Growth . If you have attitude so that  is a quality which you can carry with you . This is always 

your life and you can decide your way where to go and you can experience your life at its best . 

In attitude what i feel we keep above always our positive side and it does work for you . 

Sometimes Attitude can be a problem if you are not doing the process in good way and it can put 

you in trouble .Every one of us having desires and dreams in life and every one of us working for 

that . In my opinion sometimes its good to be in attitude for normal human being when needed 

Like a Lion when Lion is starving due to hunger its his Attitude and strength which makes him 

different from other Animals in life  . If you have attitude and how does you feel when you are in

 attitude way of life .

Is it Good to be serious All the Time ?

friends i wish and hope you are doing well in your place . I want to share My experience in this Blog 

. Some times we thinks too much which is the main Root cause for the stress . i know most of us are 

serious most of the time but let me tell you one thing friend seriousness is good where it is most needed , 

so if you stay serious there is no Problem . If we remain serious all the time about life situations so yes 

that can cause big troubles . i will suggest you to laugh as you may be aware that laughing itself heal your

 body and replenish you inside . It is good to spend time with family or your pets . You can smile and 

laugh with them you will feel energized within . Every one does need love and if you have no one to talk 

you can share your love with pets they understand your love and compassion . If you are lucky having a 

family so you should laugh with them . At least try to laugh and do it as meditation for 21 days . After 21 

days what changes you feel in your life and your energy level high or low you can share here with me  .

courage in your life  . Struggle is always the normal way of life for all of us and who goes 

through struggle and learn from mistake without taking it as shame and guilt and ready to

1- Wake up Early In the morning If you feel laziness doing so , You can take a test and challenge to yourself for 21 Days .


2- Meditate For 10- 15 Minutes Daily , Deep breathing is best way to heal few health issues and Breath is Vital and there is no replacement to it . Deep Breathing can Heal you .


3- Morning Walk is essential to get rid of health issues , walking it self can energized  You for Whole of Your day .


4- Good diet In the morning 


5- Proper sleep :- we all need good sleep for better Health You should give some time for your self from busy schedule and you can calm down believing all in your good side and Relax deeply .

But when it comes down to it, I think that it is how we work or even relax, for that matter that triggers stress. Ever been stressed even when you're well relaxed and bored? I know I have. Managing time Time management skills can allow you more time with your family and friends and possibly increase your performance and productivity. This will help reduce your stress. To improve your time management: · Save time by focusing and concentrating, delegating, and scheduling time for yourself. · Keep a record of how you spend your time, including work, family, and leisure time. · Prioritize your time by rating tasks by importance and urgency. Redirect your time to those activities that are important and meaningful to you. · Manage your commitments by not over- or undercommitting. Don't commit to what is not important to you. · Deal with procrastination by using a day planner, breaking large projects into smaller ones, and setting short-term deadlines. · Examine your beliefs to reduce conflict between what you believe and what your life is like. Build healthy coping strategies It is important that you identify your coping strategies. One way to do this is by recording the stressful event, your reaction, and how you cope in a stress journal. With this information, you can work to change unhealthy coping strategies into healthy ones-those that help you focus on the positive and what you can change or control in your life. Lifestyle Some behaviors and lifestyle choices affect your stress level. They may not cause stress directly, but they can interfere with the ways your body seeks relief from stress. Try to: · Balance personal, work, and family needs and obligations. · Have a sense of purpose in life. · Get enough sleep, since your body recovers from the stresses of the day while you are sleeping. · Eat a balanced diet for a nutritional defense against stress. · Get moderate exercise throughout the week. · Limit your consumption of alcohol. · Don't smoke. Social support Social support is a major factor in how we experience stress. Social support is the positive support you receive from family, friends, and the community. It is the knowledge that you are cared for, loved, esteemed, and valued. More and more research indicates a strong relationship between social support and better mental and physical health. Changing thinking When an event triggers negative thoughts, you may experience fear, insecurity, anxiety, depression, rage, guilt, and a sense of worthlessness or powerlessness. These emotions trigger the body's stress, just as an actual threat does. Dealing with your negative thoughts and how you see things can help reduce stress. · Thought-stopping helps you stop a negative thought to help eliminate stress. · Disproving irrational thoughts helps you to avoid exaggerating the negative thought, anticipating the worst, and interpreting an event incorrectly. · Problem solving helps you identify all aspects of a stressful event and find ways to deal with it. · Changing your communication style helps you communicate in a way that makes your views known without making others feel put down, hostile, or intimidated. This reduces the stress that comes from poor communication. Use the assertiveness ladder to improve your communication style. Even writers like me can get stressed even though we're just using our hands to do the talking, but having to sit for 7 or 8 hours is already stressful enough and have our own way to relieve stress. Whether you're the mail guy, the CEO, or probably the average working parent, stress is one unwanted visitor you would love to boot out of your homes, especially your life.
