Gratitude keeps  unwanted and most negative thoughts away from mind and gratitude helps to connect Divinity and spiritual persons in life are blessed with divine grace . on the path of BHAGATI YOGA gratitude is important to connect with deity lord . If you starts gratitude in life so it would be a good practice to achieve higher manifestation in life . simply if a person shows gratitude toward five very Basic elements (PANCHBHOOTA ) required to survival of physical body simply it will help a lot in life as this is the law of nature that what we offer we get somedays that back in life .
